Dick Thompson, Ph.D. and Grenae Thompson
Henry L. (Dick) Thompson, Ph.D., is the president and CEO of High Performing Systems, Inc., an international management consulting firm he founded in 1984. Dr. Thompson is a prominent researcher who is skilled at using innovative high tech presentation techniques. Drawing from over 30 years of experience leading and developing teams, he integrates a variety of disciplines including group dynamics, systems and chaos theory.
Grenae Thompson, co-founder of High Performing Systems, Inc., an international management consulting firm, has over twenty years experience working with the “human side of teams.” Her work with EI is key to any leader development program.
