Frits is an educator and manager in a High School in Holland. has written together with two colleagues a Dutch book called: The Development of Emotional Intelligence, a book for the practice of teachers (2003). He has recently started his own EQ-practice. Emotions always give strong signals, which we have to manage and explain. People can learn that, is his conviction. He is a one of the three initiators of the European network and he likes to tell and moreover to work with EQ in Europe. He already did trainings in England and Germany. His background is the guidance of pupils. Good education starts with a good relation with the pupil and that's the main responsibility of a teacher. He was chief-editor of a well-known Dutch magazine on education. He wrote a lot on the application of EQ in education. More books are to come!
