Using the Technique of Stressmanagement through emotional intelligence you can train your conscious awareness in fifteen minutes a day for a week or two by allowing yourself to look closely and listen carefully. Give yourself permission to practice awareness for the next three weeks when you go to lunch or go to work.
Whether you find stress, fear or anger as the underlying emotion, physical symptoms are often an indication of dis-stress or dis-ease. Specific emotional states are in one way - - anger, fear, guilt, shame, conflict, regret, need for control, disgust etc. and mostly associated with cardio-vascular disease and high blood pressure, overactive immune response and on the other way-- sadness which is being associated with depression, low levels of energy and lower immune response. These are most intense message we get from our unconscious to do something about a deeply troubling matter which needs remedying.
The concept of managing Stress and strain by developing Emotional intelligence means managing and using emotions in the restricted sense by enhancing relaxed state of mind.
