Key Concepts: Stronger belief on dialog between teacher-pupil, teacher-parents, headmaster-teacher This session will describe the Healty School project in Västmanland Sweden. We started the project 1999 with four pilot schools. Three primary schools and one gymnasium. The first project finished 2002. The second project started January 2003; in this project we have four gymnasium schools. This project finished Dec. 2004. In our pilot schools we work with organization, pedagocics, headmaster and teachers attitudes to pupil, knowledge, feelings and how to do school better for emotional intelligence.
