Where is your own personal North Star? Use the EQ Compass to navigate turbulent times while remaining true to your core values.
Six Seconds' definition of emotional intelligence includes commitment to personal core values and a Noble Goal. The EQ compass is a tool for identifying the degree to which thoughts, feelings and actions are aligned with these core values and Noble Goal. In addition, it helps to chart and track the directions one can take in order to navigate towards increased coherence in daily life and overall progress towards a personal Noble Goal.
