As a university lecturer and a teacher educator she has been passionately studying and promoting learning skills while teaching EFL and ESP, lecturing in methodology of teaching, educational and developmental psychology, and music.
Eva has been developing learning skills programmes for children and young people and has published a learning skills workbook 'The Learning Adventure' along with 'A guide to the Learning Adventure' for parents and teachers and 10 other books for children and teachers focusing on the many ways we learn. Some of her books have been translated into other languages. She is a co-founder of educational consultancy Inspired Learning through which she runs workshops for children as well as training sessions for teachers and parents.

Words Matter programme links the awareness of the language (words) we use with the level of our emotional intelligence. It gives practical tips how exactly to
- replace harmful phrases with healing ones
- involve the entire school community in raising their EI.
The programme also brings to people's awareness the effect some seemingly harmless words have on the non-conscious mind and as a result on thinking, learning and behaviour.
It aims to send a clear message that since we can never 'unsay' what we have said, it is time all of us, children and adults took responsibility for the words coming out of our mouth.
Life in the family, in the community can only improve with higher level of emotional intelligence achieved in this simple yet extremely powerful way.
