I'm training Sales and Marketing personnel for the past 6 years from Tools to Products to Sales basics and more. Since last October, my first direct exposure to EQ, my approach to corporate training changed dramatically, and so did my entire approach to life, "If there is no motive to learn, no learning will occur" based on this principle I started building my courses around the people that attends them, the trainees build the content based on what is their daily need. "Ask the hard questions" has become my method. Since then I focused my efforts in building a program that helps New Hires look at their key life values and what role they could play within corporate values. These are my first steps in the world of Behavioral Science and Emotional Intelligence, and the strong change this knowledge exercised on me personally lead me to firmly believe in their paramount importance. I have 2 children Matthew 8 and Ruaidhri 2 and the day I heard my parents words coming out of my own mouth I decided that I needed to do something. I have to thank them for the determination to follow this quest as much as I have to thanks my parents for the unconditional love they have radicated too deep inside.
