Session Information: Resonances of the Logos.
The essential nature of our world from atoms to galaxies is vibration, pulsations of consciousness that create waves and then all the forms we see. When we are in the flow, all such vibrations of our subtle and physical bodies are in tune, sounding their true notes and the charkas are spinning at their correct rates. The natural vibrations of the resonating voice have this power to energise, balance and purify our mind, body and spirit.. Therapeutic vocal sound acts as the perfect instrument for stimulating and tuning our energy systems, producing true sound health.
Varied approaches to sound healing will be presented.-unlocking the healing capacity of your own voice, exploring the power of sacred sounds, chants and overtones, releasing energy blockages through intensified natural sounds such as laughter and directed toning. Special attention will be given to the Taoist healing sounds for the organs, the Tantra Yoga tradition of toning the chakras and the attunements of the nervous system through tuning forks.. All the vibrations are given more potency by ritualising the sound and the group energy. Channels are kept open and no one has to produce vocal sound on their own. The quality of the voice is not the issue, only the deep intention behind it. Often sounds are linked to Tai Chi-like movements and balanced by meditative inner listening that carries the vibrations to deeper levels where consciousness expands and deep peace descends. .No previous experience is necessary.
