Lea is a national trainer who has a passion and dedication for providing training, consulting and assessment tools in the field of Emotional Intelligence. She has collaborated and worked with other experts in the field of EI. She was chair of the successful international HRANS/Nova- Nexus Conference on emotional intelligence and human resources held in Halifax in May 2003 and presented on teams and emotional intelligence at the EQ symposium in Denver.
