Session Information: TetraMap: An EI tool that drives your creativity and leverages individuality
Key Concepts:Up-skill your emotional intelligence facilitation with a fresh, non-prescriptive model to respect and leverage the diversity of others. |
Discover skills and techniques for more learning, less teaching, and add a new tool to your facilitation toolbox. TetraMap is a fresh, non-prescriptive model that maps your individuality while supporting mutual respect and leveraging the diversity of others. This intra and inter-personal communication tool is unique in its:
- immediacy of practical application
- brain-friendly simplicity
- cross-cultural acceptance
- creative critical thinking skills development
Delegates will experience how Nature can be used as a powerful, cross-cultural metaphor to catalyse communication about emotions and behaviour. This session will provide a refreshing change from data collection - to taking responsibility for creating your own solutions to inter-personal issues:
- replace knee-jerk reactions with creative responses
- identify strengths behind perceived weaknesses
- recognise and value behavioural differences and their links to emotional intelligence.
- recognise the value and limitations of maps.
