Deposit and Refunds:

A $200 deposit will hold your space until November 14, at which time your conference fees are due.

Refunds are available until 45 days before the conference (December 1) less a $100 processing fee. With less than 45 days, no refund is available.


Groups:

Groups of 3 or more receive a $100 discount per person. All group members must put the same group name in when they register.

Scholarships:

A limited number of reduced-fee registrations are available. In exchange for the reduced fee, you will be expected to help staff the conference on one full day. You will miss some of the conference proceedings on the day you are working, but you will be able to attend much of the day. You will be assigned to one of the three days as your work day. All volunteers will receive a one-hour telephone training and an orientation the day before the conference -- Wednesday, January 14, from 4:00 to 5:00 PM

Please do not request the scholarship unless you need it and are willing to work one day. If all scholarships have been given, we will notify you by email.

Payment:

You can use your Visa or Mastercard to complete your registration now. We accept purchase orders from institutions in the US; invoices are due prior to the conference.

A credit card is required to hold your hotel room.

One or Two Day Passes:

If you can not attend the full conference, you may purchase a one or two day pass. The pass does not include a Gala ticket.
