Sirah Vettese, Ph.D.
Sirah Vettese, Ph.D. has been a practicing counselor since 1979. She is also a health educator, writer, seminar leader and author of best-selling audio programs such as Deep Relaxation, Stop Smoking and Lose Weight, and Healing Anxiety with Herbs. She is the co-author of LIFEMATES, The Love Fitness Program For A Lasting Relationship, and author of What Happened to the Prince I Married: Spiritual Healing for Wounded Love.
As an international lecturer, Dr. Vettese has conducted seminars all over the world. Her understanding of psychology, personal charisma and creativity have made her a favored guest on national talk shows such as Sally Jesse Raphael, Geraldo, CNN Carol and Marilyn, and Donahue.
Dr. Vettese is a skilled teacher of spirituality and helps individuals find meaning and purpose in their lives. She is a vocalist and has performed on numerous albums including Celestine Prophecy, Ayman Doorways and a new release in Europe, Calm Your Mind.

Dr. Vettese has done extensive work in the area of emotional literacy and was concept co-creator of Inner-Active Fairytales and emotional literacy workbooks for children and parents. She helped create an international multi-media company, Enchante, which is devoted to the wellbeing of children. Dr. Vettese is on the Board of Advisors for the Hoffman Quadrinity Process, a life changing 7-day program that has brought joy and healing to thousands.
