Daniel Gil'Adí, Ph.D.Daniel Gil'Adí ws born in Caracas. At the age of eighteen and being consequent with the commitment to his roots, he emigrated to Israel where he lived in a kibbutz and served as an officer in the paratroopers in the israeli army. He obtained his B.A. from Tel Aviv University and his M.A. from Bar-Ilan University in Israel. He obtained his doctorate in education and human evelopment from Bryn Mawr College (USA) and a post-doctorate in clinical psychology at Temple University (USA). His need to continue exploring the concepts of systemic thinking led him into family therapy, obtaining a post-doctorate at the Philadelphia Child Guidance Clinic. Daniel's professional activities have taken him to Israel, Latin America and the United States. In 1990 he founded Proyectos LEAD, a consulting firm dedicated to facilitate the process of change in communities, organizations and firms, in order to help them generate the future that they desire.
