Daniel Gil'Adí, Ph.D.

Daniel Gil'Adí ws born in Caracas.  At the age of eighteen and being consequent with the commitment to his roots, he emigrated to Israel where he lived in a kibbutz and served as an officer in the paratroopers in the israeli army. 

He obtained his B.A. from Tel Aviv University and his M.A. from Bar-Ilan University in Israel.  He obtained his doctorate in education and human evelopment from Bryn Mawr College (USA) and a post-doctorate in clinical  psychology at Temple University (USA).  His need to continue exploring the concepts of systemic thinking led him into family therapy, obtaining a post-doctorate at the Philadelphia Child Guidance Clinic. 

Daniel's professional activities have taken him to Israel, Latin America and the United States.  In 1990 he founded Proyectos LEAD, a consulting firm dedicated to facilitate the process of change in communities, organizations and firms, in order to help them generate the future that they desire.
