Bruce CryerPresident, HeartMath LLC Bruce helped to found the Institute of HeartMath. He speaks, consults, and trains internationally on the subject of Heart Intelligence, the synthesis of mental, emotional and intuitive intelligence. Bruce brings more than twenty years of experience in business management, human performance training and organizational change to the position of Vice President, Global Business Development, HeartMath LLC. Bruce helped launch the Institute of HeartMath and is one of the key architects of the Inner Quality Management® (IQM) training programs. IQM incorporates the Institute's innovative biomedical research into practical tools and strategies to enhance organizational effectiveness, creativity, innovation, and increased productivity. |

For eight years, Bruce served as Vice President for a biotech company, where his broad-based senior level experience was in the areas of marketing, training, distribution, project planning, logistics and implementation. Bruce is on the faculty of the Stanford Executive Program, has lectured at the Stanford Sloan Program, University of California at Berkeley Haas Business School, the Santa Clara University Leavey School of Business, the Wharton Club of Northern California, and the Nanyang Polytechnic University School of Business Management in Singapore. His views on developing a more coherent, effective workforce have been presented to business audiences such as Young President's Organization (YPO), The Executive Committee (TEC), Council of Growing Companies, The Leadership Network, Women for Women (WOW) in Singapore, Institute for the Future's Organization to Organism Conference, the 1996 Business Process and Workflow Conference, and the 1997 Giga World IT Forum, 1998 Systems Thinking in Action Conference, the 1998 Year 2000 Conference in New York, and the LPGA (Ladies Professional Golf Association). He has also been interviewed in or written for such publications as New York Times, Christian Science Monitor, Industry Week, Computerworld, CIO, Customer Service Professional, California Business, At Work, Entrepreneur Magazine, Advance, and Executive Directions. He has been a guest on hundreds of television and radio programs nationwide. A former actor and singer on Broadway, Bruce brings a warm, engaging style to all his work. |
