Session I: The Dynamic Assessment and Development of Emotional Intelligence.
Trainer and researcher J-P DuPreez will share a remarkable process for simultaneously assessing and training emotional intelligence competencies. J-P has been working to develop a unitary measure of emotional intelligence as applied to South Africa; in his work he has explored many assessment models, and is increasingly convinced that EQ is, in fact, a set of intra and interpersonal competencies that can be both measured and developed.
Drawing on the work of Salovey, Mayer, Epstein, Cooper, Steiner, and other prominent researchers, J-P has developed a clear and meaningful process for assessment and personal development. J-P is a lecturer at Potchefstrom University in South Africa, and the CEO of Success Strategies.
May 3 - 4. Enrollment limited to the first 30. $ 445 per person.
